1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Lincly.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information.

3. Platform Role

Lincly helps users discover activities, connect with others, and access offers from businesses.

Lincly acts as an intermediary platform and is not a party to agreements between users or between users and businesses.

4. User Responsibility and Risk

Users participate in activities and interactions at their own risk.

Lincly does not perform background checks, does not verify all identities, and is not responsible for user or business conduct.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are processed through Stripe.

Business subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

By subscribing, you confirm you are acting as a business and not as a consumer.

6. Consumer Rights (If Applicable)

If a purchase is made as a consumer under EU law, a 14-day withdrawal right may apply unless immediate service delivery was explicitly accepted and the right waived.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to follow Lincly Community Guidelines at all times.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy breaches, fraud, abuse, or harmful behavior.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Lincly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.

Business User Agreement

1. Business Status

By using a business account, you confirm you act in a commercial capacity and are not a consumer under EU law.

Business users are not entitled to the 14-day withdrawal right.

2. Offer Integrity

Businesses must ensure offers are accurate, truthful, clearly described, and honored as advertised.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

Subscriptions are processed through Stripe and renew automatically unless canceled.

4. Cancellations

Subscriptions can be canceled anytime. Unused periods are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Platform Rights

Lincly may remove offers, limit visibility, and suspend or terminate accounts as needed.

6. Liability

Businesses are responsible for customer interactions, offer fulfillment, and compliance with applicable laws (including VAT and marketing laws).

7. Indemnification

Businesses agree to indemnify Lincly against claims arising from offers, legal violations, or customer disputes.
